Job Duties of a DSP/CAREGIVER include:

- Transportation (ability to obtain F-endorsement after hire), use of company vehicle on duty for client's transportation needs

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid TN Driver’s License (ability to obtain F-endorsement)
- Successfully pass Drug screening and Criminal Background Check

Scheduler
The Scheduler ensures placement of staff in schedules that are timely, accurate, and complete to ensure minimum overtime and efficient use of the labor force May be required to perform quality control functions as requested by the Lead Scheduler/Labor Coordinator. The Scheduler will work to resolve the complex scheduling needs of the agency while working closely with the Lead Scheduler/Labor Coordinator and other scheduling staff and support personnel and management. Thus, this position requires a great deal of communications with various levels of staff and excellent record-keeping and organization skills. The Scheduler will work to ensure that the labor to provide proper care and support is on site when needed while also considering efficiency in labor usage. The Scheduler will be accountable to the Lead Scheduler/Labor Coordinator.
REQUIRMENTS
- Must pass a Criminal Background and Drug Screening
EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of general scheduling principles, and have the ability to analyze and strategize scheduling information,
- Strong computer and typing skills a plus
- Strong written and verbal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Strong skills needed with using a smartphone in order to provide scheduling support.
- Comply with the strict confidentiality requirements for payroll, staff, and client information.
- Experience in the DIDD/ECF field a plus
