Must be at least 21 years of age with a High School diploma or GED
Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s License with “F” endorsement and access to a reliable vehicle during work hours
Must have ability to use computer software packages such as Word, Excel, Email, and other systems
Must have excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Ensure the well-being and care of each resident in the home. Ensure that residents are supported by person centered thinking practices and in making informed choices, knowing their rights and the responsibilities that come with those rights
Ensure all DSPs and other staff are properly supporting the individual. Ensure all plans are followed and services are provided with the highest standards of quality.
Ensure completion of all required documentation, reports, and paperwork to the appropriate party(ies) by the assigned deadline(s).
Review all required documentation and data for accuracy in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure accurate and complete billing occurs
Ensure that you and your staff are using correct and current forms
Work with DSPs, co-workers, managers, Day Center staff, etc. to plan, schedule, and coordinate services, supports, activities, appointments, outings, transportation, etc.
Ensure all medical, dental, vision, etc. appointments are completed. Ensure all follow-up appointments and required documentation are completed timely, efficiently, and accurately.
