ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR DIDD SERVICES PROVIDED BY HILLTOPPERS, Inc.:
To be eligible for Hilltoppers services a person must have a full scale IQ of 69 or below.
The diagnosis must be manifested during the developmental period, before reaching the age of 18.
Persons with other disabilities may be eligible through other funding.
Medicaid Waiver Services has no age restrictions. However, in order to be eligible for Day Service at Hilltoppers, the person must be 22 years of age.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ECF SERVICES PROVIDED BY HILLTOPPERS, Inc.:
Diagnosis of ID or DD before the age of 18.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR CHOICES SERVICES PROVIDED BY HILLTOPPERS, Inc.:
An adult with a disability or a senior citizen.
